Entering the appartment an ample living room and dining area overviews the back side of the villa, the pool and the private terrace.
The independent kitchen is connected to the ample private terrace that overviews the pool. In the terrace a table with a big umbrella can be used for eating end the arm chairs to relax in the evenings.
The bed rooms overview the front part of the villa and a batroom is connected to both with a small corridor.


Ideal for two couples or a family with kids up to 5 people.

Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chair.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds, chest of drawers, bedside tables.

Complete with double hand basin, shower with box, wc and bidet.

The living has 2 sofa, 2 chairs, TV with Sat free channels, dresser, dining space with large table and chairs.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped with electric oven and gas hob over, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, toaster and coffee making and all the other utilities.
Big private terrace with big dining table and deck chairs.
Dining table for 8 people with chairs, sofa and 2 armchairs with a small table in the middle.
There also a corner with the washing machine.
