The cottage Rosmarino has two levels:

The ground floor with entrance, living room, dining room with fireplace and Kitchen.
From the kitchen there you can access a private porch and a garden.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms the third bedroom is reached crossing the second one.
In The cottage 6 persons can sleep comfortably.

Accommodation description

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom with large double bed, that can be divided in 2 single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, sofa and chair.
Second bedroom with antique double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables.
Third bedroom with antique double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables.
Fly screens on the windows

Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1 inside the master bedroom with double washbasin, full sized bath with shower, wc and bidet.
Bathroom 2 with washbasin, large shower place, wc and bidet.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped with gas oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and all the other utilities you need.

Living room:

The living room has two comfortable sofas, large screen TV with free sat.
Wi-Fi is free.

Dining room:

The dining room has a table for 8-10 people and a very nice fire place.
The cottage has central heating, not included in the rent.
This antique structure is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Each apartament has 1 free parking space inside the Villa's Garden. Other free parkings area are available in front of villa
